This machine was originally purchased by A&M recorders in the late 60's.  Many A&M artists used this machine including the Carpenters.  Las Vegas recorders [Chips Davis] bought the machine in 1970 where it recorded many stars playing on the strip.  I purched the machine in 1974 when I opened up Desert Sound Recording on the  west side of Phoenix.   The machine is full of UTC transformers & germanium transistors. A great sounding deck.
